All of our Sale Horses are Sold On A First Come Basis
All Horses are Sold with AQHA or APHA Registration Papers in Order and Ready to be Transferred to New Owner(s). A Transfer of Ownership form will be filled out and sent to the Horse Registry Directly by Holmes Ranch. The Transfer Fee is to be paid by Purchaser at time of purchase. Fee is Determined by the Horse Registry.
{If you do not have a Membership with the Breed Association, we will Require you pay the Appropriate Fee to obtain membership to properly transfer the horse}
A 25% Non-Refundable Deposit towards their Purchase Price can be placed to mark the Horse as "Sale Pending" this will hold the Horse for 1 week for you to make a Final Decision.
{Deposits must be made in Cash or Credit Card thru PayPal Only - Please add 4% fee if paying by Credit Card}
{After 1 week the Horse will then become available again for sale to the public and if you choose not to purchase the Horse you applied the Deposit to, then that Deposit can only be applied to the purchase of another Horse from Holmes Ranch Only - Absolutely No Refunds}

Horses are to be Paid in Full by either Cash or For your Convienance we also accept PayPal for the Purchase of any of the above Horses.
