Noble Horse Shelter with Feed and Tack Room.
This is a Completely Modular unit, so each panel section comes apart.
Entire footprint is approx. 12 feet wide x 18' long.
The Horse Shelter is 12x12 with a 2 foot roof extension. It has an event stall front with swinging entry door that swings both ways. Inside the shelter is a hay and grain feeder.
At front of the feeder is a swinging feed door that also swings both ways.
Feed and Tack area is an additional 12' wide x 4 foot deep and has swinging entry door that also swings in or out.
Includes metal roofing and I do have extra clamps for attaching the stall front, etc. but buyer will just need to get new bolts for the clamps.
It obviously was used for horses, than it sat only being used as a storage area for several years, and now its ready for a new home. The Wood in it is in fair to good condition.
Perfectly useable as it is.
Buyer will have to disassemble, I have moved it into an area that is easy access to get to with a truck and/or trailer.
I do NOT have a trailer to transport it on, Buyer will be responsible for loading and transport.
Please bring STRONG HELP for loading, this is not a light unit, this is heavy duty.
If your friends need beer for convincing to help you, this is not a little 6 pack this is going to require the big pack of beer - haha!!
For transportation purposes, an example of the sizes are the metal roof panels are around 18 feet long x 3 feet wide (4 total), the roof framing for the stall area, is 6 feet wide x 14 feet long, and the stall front is a full 8 foot tall and 12 foot wide, The side stall panels are 8 foot tall at the high end and 12 feet long, so please bring an appropriate trailer/truck for loading.
